As a small business, we do not offer free exchanges. You are welcome to place a new order for the item you would prefer at any point during the refund process

Lost In Transit

It shouldn't happen but if it does, please contact us.

Every shipment has $100 CAD of insurance,

We can file a claim with Canada Post within 90 days.
